About Al Wakeel
Institute of Law

Bringing quality legal education to South Punjab since 23 March 2023.

Our Mission

To provide accessible, high-quality legal education to the students of South Punjab — equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation to serve justice in courts, institutions, and society.

Our Vision

To become the leading institute of legal education in South Punjab — recognised for academic excellence, practical training, and producing advocates who champion justice and rule of law.

Our History

Al Wakeel Institute of Law was founded on 23 March 2023 in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan by Rana Naveed Ahmed Adv., a distinguished practicing advocate, together with co-founder Mr Mubashir Islam Zafar. Recognising the shortage of quality legal education institutions in South Punjab, they set out to create an accessible, affordable, and academically rigorous law college.

Within its first year, the institute secured formal affiliation with The Islamia University of Bahawalpur — one of Pakistan's leading public universities — ensuring students receive a degree with full HEC recognition. The institute offers both morning and evening sessions to accommodate full-time students as well as working professionals pursuing a law degree alongside their careers.

Today, Al Wakeel Institute of Law is led by a dedicated administration including Director & Owner Rana Naveed Ahmed Adv., Pro Rector Miss Asmat Naheed, Co-Founder Mr Mubashir Islam Zafar, and Principal Syed Fahad Sohaib Ahmed — each bringing deep expertise and commitment to the institute's mission.
